Want to write a paper

I want to write a paper on the future of employment in the Vancouver Mainland. People in Vancouver already want to work near they live. People no longer want to go to work in a commute that is longer than 45 minutes. With the incoming toll bridges, people are less incline to pay for the toll. they just want to work where they live. we will see a shift of employment. I hope that employers will get used to it.
