seasons Greeting

I have not blogged in awhile. I wasn't busy, but blogging wasn't on my mind at all.

I finished another 'cross season and I had load of fun. At the end of the season, I decided to replace the component on my race rig. The bike is 8 years old and I had 3 racing seasons on it. It deserves some new parts. Fortunately, I had a good shop and I got the parts for very good prices. I also switched from conventional gearing to run compact gearing. I got a new crank set and I didn't have to change my bottom bracket. It was old school technology, but it works. I am using a closer ratio cog set and it should be easier on the deraillers as well.

I haven't taken the bike out for ride since I changed the gearing because of the weather. The crappy weather was cold and wet.
