Fast and the Furious 3: Tokyo Drift

We went to the drive in theatre to see it last night and it was very entertaining. I simply love the entertainment value of it.

The story was very predictable. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the plot line. It is about a boy, his girl, her ex and fast cars. It was a great movies about cars and how they drift in and out of the corners. I really careless about the human aspect of the movie. I didn't go to the movie because of the actors or actresses. FF3 is about drifitng, not charactor development. The acting and story line was rather secondary. If they were to feature the charactors, more well known and experience actors will be casted. Although there was a very likeable charactor in the movie, Han.

Some Mustang fans may not pleased with them dropping a Nissan engine into a classic mustang, but people are dropping small block V8 into old 240z all the time. They had to make do with what they had.

IMHO, this movie is way better than the last 2 installments because street racing became the main focus. The first two were typical cop and robber movies. Street racing played second fiddle to O'Connor's quest to take down Torero. People got hurt because of guns, not racing accidents. They were simply not street racing movies.

No more Black Shoes for me?

I have been wearing only black shoes for work. I didn't have a pair of oxblood colour dress shoes until a few weeks ago. Now, I have yet to gone back to my black shoes. Black shoes are just boring.

I simply love my oxblood shoes. They are not as boring as black shoes because every one wears black shoes. I wear them with my navy, tan and olive suit. I also wear them with my charcoal trousers. Now I understand why some men don't wear black.
