What I do for living

Many people asked me what I do for living. Human Resources Consultant is the short answer. I really like to teach people about life skills and how to interact with each other. I can show them how to get along with others and work as team. We live in a time where teamm work is the most important things because most of us do not work alone due to the specialisation of work.

The Team Work does not limit to the workplace as well. Even at home, we all work in teams. If we don not work together to solve issues, nothing will get done. We cannot let one person dominate the discussion or decision making. We must understand our partners in a deeper level.
