loosing Weight for the races

Through hard work and dedications, I lost 10 pounds in the last 2 months. My exercise routine includes cycling, hiking and the occasional weight lifting. I have been eating better and less. I pretty cut alcohol out of my diet. It also helps that my fiancee is trying to loose weight as well. She cut out chips and other junk food.

I am down to 167 pounds. I still have a few pounds to go. i will be happy when I hover around 160.
