I am a seasoned recruiter

I am a seasoned recruiter and I have seen my share of interesting business practice in the work place. Many companies want to a make a quick buck with their employees and they really don't care much about them. In some cases, the company will just take advantage of them with empty promises in future earning. Nothing is guarantee in life and how can companies make empty promise. The bottom line is that all companies need to pay their employee fair wages for the work that they put in. If the company isn't sure about the employees can preform, don't hire them.

The work place is full of sales companies who don't like to pay their employees money unless they bring them cash. But is it really a fair practice? Sales people are on the phone to get clients, but they are getting compensate for this process. That isn't right. Some compensation will need to be made to them as they are advertising for the company.
