Adventure in looking for a place

I am shopping for a condo as my new resident. I have been looking for a while and it hasn't been easy. I only like a certain type of condos. It is funny that I am not looking for a new place that is family oriented. I just want a place with lots of young professionals. I don't want to end up at a place with lots of older people. This is my time and I want to be with the people of similar age group.

I want a place that is hip.
