Sold

I accepted an excellent offer for my house yesterday. The price was just under the asking price and it has very limited subjects. I am glad that the house is sold as I am ready to move on.

As most people suggested, I am better off with a condo as I don't have to do much around the house. I can just shut the door and it is mine. It is also true that rarely hang out at my back yard at all. I much rather sit in my office or in the living room. I also much prefer going out to have fun and to entertain.

It is sold and I am happy.
