Crossing the finish line

I got the power of attorney yesterday. I have been waiting for this document for a long time and it finally arrived. I am one step closer in moving on from my marriage. Soon, I will go from being an owner to a house to a condo Owner. It is better this way. I have less to clean and I really don't use all the space in the house. Although I am going to miss the garage. Oh well.
