I have yet to sleep yet. I am too stress out to sleep. I am just glad that I am not working. I will be no good to anyone. I have to learn to deal with stress.
I have always had a lot of stress problems myself, and I haven't found a fool-proof way of dealing with it. I can recommend taking some time each day to lie down in a quiet space, put on some soft music or soothing sounds, and read something that doesn't relate to anything that is stressing you out. You may find yourself taking a nap--and props, you solved your sleepless problem.
