My interview today
I had a job interview today and the interviewer stunk. I wish people will take recruiting more seriously. It is more than just asking questions. He was so bad that he didn't even take the time to read my resume ahead of time.

That happened to me recently. I had two interviewers, one of whom had read my resume. Then, when i started talking about what the job was about and why I was interested in it, he had to interject that it was all about marketing, giving me a lecture about it. Nice job--read the resume, read the cover letter, and none of that would have happened.
