I am on holiday

After a meeting with my manager yesterday, I was told to be on holiday. We both agreed that I am not performing at 100%., and that I haven't had a vacation in a very long time. I have been working too hard. I also admitted to her that I have not been motivated to get up in the morning. I will be resting at home in the next few days.
